We ship by express courier and delivery takes place in the UK within 24-48 hours.
Certainly. As soon as we ship the wines to you, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking Number. You can check the status of the shipment directly from the DHL website
In case of absence, the courier will leave a notice and retry delivery on the next business day. In any case, our customer service is always at your disposal for any request.
We use specially designed boxes to be shipped by couriers with a triple outer reinforcement that will further protect your bottles.

It won’t happen because the courier will inform us if there have been any snags and we will immediately ship a new replacement box. In addition, our customer service will inform you immediately of the incident. If the courier still delivers you a box with broken bottles, just let us know by sending evidence of the damage and we will send it back to you immediately.
Unfortunately, once opened, the bottle cannot be replaced. However, should you have any doubts about the integrity of the bottle, if still closed and sealed you can request a bottle exchange.
The wines that appear on the website are always available. If the quantities you requested are not available, our system will not allow you to proceed with the order.
