SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
We deliver to the UK in 24-48 hours on working days by DHL courier. For more distant cities, deliveries are generally within 48-72 hours. Orders placed by 2 pm Monday through Friday are delivered as early as the next business day in 70% of cases. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse and is picked up by the courier, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link to follow each step of the shipment.

SECURE SHIPPING
Our shipments are always insured in case of damage, theft or loss to provide maximum protection for our customers.

Our orders are shipped in cardboard packaging, tested for optimal transport of wine and spirits.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are free for orders over 150 pounds. Below this amount, shipping charges are £7.

DELIVERIES
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, generally from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We recommend that you provide an address where someone is always present, such as a concierge, office, or store you trust.

IMPORTANT: If you receive a damaged or tampered package, or in the case of a partial delivery, report the anomaly by writing the word “RESERVE” on the delivery document that the courier will have you sign. Report any irregularities to our customer service department as soon as possible, using our Contact page or by sending us a message via whatsapp with details of your order, attaching photos of the damage or tampering of the package.
