Insolia Evrò was born in the heart of Rallo’s vineyards, entirely conducted under organic farming. A wine that owes its name to Queen Bianca of Navarre, who reigned until 1441, whose purity recalls that of the best Insolias and is characterized by a great fragrance, citrus and floral notes and a slight mineral appeal.
Syrah La Clarissa comes from the vineyards of Rallo under organic farming. Aged in bottle for 1 year, it presents a perfect balance between fruity and spicy scents, typical of a pleasant Mediterranean fragrance.

Made from Merlot vines with a careful harvest of first-class grapes, the subsequent fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, resulting in aging on the fine lees for several months before bottling, which decrees its quality and uniqueness.
