Each variety was vinified separately and the wine remained in temperature-controlled barriques for a period of about 18 months. A slow and genuine process that gives the wine unique notes of quality. -

With the harvest, grapes were picked in excellent condition, undergoing ripening processes that decreed an excellent homogeneity, as well as the quality that today distinguishes the 1998 vintage of Ornellaia.
