Winery – San Polino: in 1990, Luigi Fabbro from Friuli and his partner Katia Nussbaum bought what soon became the San Polino winery in Montalcino. The wine produced was initially intended for family use, but in 1998 the first bottles of Brunello produced by San Polino arrived on the shelves. What decrees the strength of their product are organic practices and biodynamic cultivation, with lots of manual labor and the use of natural substances.
