The result of a selection of grapes harvested in the vineyards of the districts of Piano dei Daini and Santo Spirito, and blended in order to offer a territorial and characteristic, balanced and harmonious sip, “Piano dei Daini” is a Bianco dell’Etna that gives depth and depth, guaranteeing an absolute level of quality.
Straw-yellow colour, with the characteristic fruity bouquet that this varietal produces. Orange flower water, cut kumquats, crystallised orange peel on the palate, this wine is fresh and fruity along with a pleasant and mineral profile.
Fiano Zìn comes from vineyards over 20 years old, whose grapes are subjected to specific treatments to preserve the immediacy of their aromatic profile and quality. The Cooperative adopts integrated pest management, a crop protection practice that involves a drastic reduction in the use of pesticides, stopping pesticide treatments about 40 days before harvest to give the plant time to degrade any pesticide residues.

Vinsanto del Chianti has been produced since 1997 from Trebbiano toscano and Malvasia del Chianti grapes. The grapes are harvested in September, then left to dry slowly in suitable environments with controlled humidity and temperature. After vinification, the Vinsanto is aged in traditional caratelli.
