Primitivo di Manduria Riserva “Elegia” is an intense and structured red wine, aged for 12 months in French barriques. It exudes deep aromas of berries, cherries, pepper and sweet spices in a full-bodied, warm and snappy sip.
Fiano Zìn comes from vineyards over 20 years old, whose grapes are subjected to specific treatments to preserve the immediacy of their aromatic profile and quality. The Cooperative adopts integrated pest management, a crop protection practice that involves a drastic reduction in the use of pesticides, stopping pesticide treatments about 40 days before harvest to give the plant time to degrade any pesticide residues.
A sweet and refined dessert wine, Moscato di Trani owes its main characteristics to the limestone soils where the vines grow and to the drying on racks of the harvested grapes.
Elegant in its coral pink, scented with cherries, wild strawberries, raspberries and red apple, Aka is the rosé from the Cooperativa dei Produttori di Manduria produced from the pure vinification of Primitivo grapes, fermented and aged in stainless steel.
Oltremé is made from grapes indigenous to Salento, called Susumaniello, in the province of Brindisi, and undergoes fermentation in steel tanks, with maceration for 10 days at a controlled temperature and subsequent aging in steel tanks and then in the bottle for 2 months.
“Hands of the South” are the hands of those who with passion and love dedicate themselves to harvesting the grapes of Salice Salentino DOC, a red wine born from the union of two native grape varieties, Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera di Lecce, presenting itself with a fresh, inviting vein and a strong, forthright personality.
