Availability: In StockRead moreThe 2019 vintage was characterized by highly variable weather, with periods of cold and rain and phases of dryness and heat. But the end of September saw a drop in temperatures that allowed the grapes to preserve finesse and aromatic freshness, which underwent a soft crushing.
Each variety was vinified separately and the wine remained in temperature-controlled barriques for a period of about 18 months. A slow and genuine process that gives the wine unique notes of quality.
